Max and Janine – Buckinghamshire Railway Centre Wedding

I bloody love this venue. A Buckinghamshire railway centre wedding is always a special one. Max and Janine just elevated it to sublime.

Im not that into trains per se. However, it’s such a beautiful old industrial backdrop. A huge contrast to the polished venues that are ten a penny. Max and Janine held their ceremony on the platform in the visitor centre. Thats pretty cool isn’t it!? Janine rocked up in a Chevy Bel Air, what a car. The ceremony itself wasn’t a long winded affair by any means. Also, the register signing is in a train carriage. Because, why not.

As everyone came out the drinks started flowing, confetti got handed around and of course, the steam train started running. There was a whole load of confetti. I think these two will, even now be fishing confetti out their hair.

Steam train rides all round to follow. A few family pics and a bit more chat. That was us, time to be seated. Speeches were a hoot, genuinely. I was laughing a good bit. Just straight up comedy from the best men. Myself and David (the man the myth the legend/videographer) took a little explore while everyone ate. That meant we found the Thomas the tank engine right at the end of the yard. These pictures were the final ones before it was end of play.

Thomas the tank engine had his face off for maintenance. Just the sight of it had me in hysterics, why is it even that funny!? Well Max and Janine had to have some pics with it. Naturally that meant picking Thomas’ face up. Poor Thomas.

What a top end to a top day with this crew. Congrats again you two.
